Biography

Lindsay Gibbon, MD, is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of General Internal Medicine in the Department of Medicine at the University of Washington. She serves as an attending physician on the hospital medicine and palliative care services at Harborview Medical Center. Dr. Gibbon earned her MD from Weill Cornell Medical College and completed her Internal Medicine residency and Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship at the University of Washington.

Dr. Gibbon's academic interests include adapting communication simulation sessions to meet the needs of diverse learners and practice environments. She is also interested in improving the quality of inpatient code status discussions to better center the needs of patients and their families.

Outside of work, Dr. Gibbon enjoys singing in a soul band, playing baseball, and spending time with her family.
