Biography
Scott Nguy, DNP, FNP-C, ACHPN, is a Hospice Administrator for AdventHealth in Kansas. He previously served as Vice President of Nurse Practitioner Education for Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care. He earned his nursing degrees from Emory University and Frontier Nursing University. Scott practiced for 10 years in family medicine and women's health as a family nurse practitioner and certified nurse-midwife before specializing in hospice and palliative care. He graduated from the UW PCTC certificate program in 2021 and completed VitalTalk faculty training the following year. Scott currently serves on the Board of Directors for both the Hospice & Palliative Nurses Association and Hospice & Palliative Nurses Foundation. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
