Biography
Grady Paden MD is a Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine, and an attending physician in Palliative Care and Geriatrics at VA Puget Sound in Seattle. He is Distinguished Faculty for VitalTalk, teaching serious illness communication skills to interprofessional clinicians. He participated in the initial cohort of the UW Graduate Certificate in Palliative Care through the Cambia Palliative Care Training Center in 2015, and has served as a faculty facilitator annually since then. He enjoys outdoor winter sports, open water swimming, and travel.
