Biography
Caroline Reay, MD Caroline Reay, MD FACP: Caroline has been a general Internist in Portland for 30 years. She has been at Providence Medical Group for the past 20 years. Her interest in providing better care for her elderly and frail patients (some of whom have been her patients for decades) led her to complete the Graduate Palliative Care Certificate at University of Washington in 2019. She Completed Vital Talk Faculty Training in 2019 and is part of the process of promoting Palliative Care skills throughout Providence Medical Group. She enjoys traveling with her husband and her two grown daughters, biking to work, weightlifting, and sitting out on her back patio in her garden reading.
